The following Regulations specify the conditions for the booking and rental of the Magnum apartments posted on the website www.magnumapartament.pl, booking portals and directly at the facility.
Making a booking means concluding a lease agreement for the Magnum Apartment between the Lessor and the Booking Guest, on the conditions specified in the regulations.


1. The confirmation of the booking is an advance payment amounting to 30 % of the rental value made within 2 working days from the date of booking to the following bank account:

The title of payment should include the apartment number, name and surname of the Customer and the booking period.
The date of receipt of the payment amount on the Lessor's account is decisive.
2. Lack of payment on time results in cancellation of the booking, as the Lessor does not have to inform the Customer.
3. The advance payment is tantamount to the conclusion of the rental agreement for the selected apartment and the acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
4. After receiving the payment, the Lessor undertakes to send to the Customer’s e-mail address a written confirmation of the booking along with the Detailed Rental Instructions.
5. The remaining part of the rental amount is due to be paid to the bank account no later than the day before the planned arrival or to be paid in cash on the day of arrival before the keys / access code are handed over.
6. The advance payment is not refundable.
7. The Customer’s no-show or lack of contact from them on the agreed day of arrival results in releasing the apartment for re-booking the next day.
8. Before collecting the keys / access code, the Customer undertakes to pay a deposit of 400.00 PLN for one apartment in cash. The deposit is returned in cash on the day of departure after passing the apartment to the person providing the Customer with the key / code.


1. The hotel day starts at 2:00 pm and ends at 10:00 am.
2. Staying in the Apartments is subject to quiet hours lasting from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
3. After arrival, the Customer is obliged to show the person handing over the key / codes the identity card or other identity document for verification and complete the registration form.
4. If it is not possible to reach the previously agreed time, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify the person responsible for handing over the keys / code about this fact.
5. The number of people staying in the Apartment must be consistent with the number of people reported in the booking. Should thus rule be violated, the Lessor has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect, without the obligation to refund the amount due for the remaining reservation period or charge the Customer with extra fee for the additional person staying in the Apartment.
6. In the Apartments and on the stairwells of the building, it is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco and consume illegal drugs, as well as to use pyrotechnic and inflammable materials inside the Apartments and on the balconies. Breaking the ban by the Customer or third parties staying in the rented Apartment will result in imposing a penalty in the amount of the deposit taken.
7. Each Apartment is equipped with electrical appliances such as: oven with microwave function, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and safe. The Customer is obliged to make themselves acquainted with the relevant conditions of use available on the spot.
8. The Customer is obliged to immediately inform the person delivering the keys about the resulting damage to the Apartment or its equipment.
9. If it turns out that the Customer or third parties staying with the Customer in the Apartment are responsible for the damage, the Customer is obliged to cover the costs of removing the damage and replacing the equipment with a new one, free of defects.
10. The Customer is obliged to keep the Apartment in the condition it was in at the beginning of the stay. Rearranging the furniture and household appliances / audio / video devices belonging to the Apartment equipment is prohibited.
11. The Lessor is not responsible for the Customer's personal belongings left in the Apartment or stolen from the Apartment in the event of burglary.
12. For the stay of a child up to 5 years of age sleeping with adults in the current bed without additional bedding, the Lessor does not charge any additional fees. The Customer is obliged to inform the Lessor about this fact when making a booking. It is possible to provide a baby cot for a child into the Apartment (with or without bed linen) for an additional fee of 50.00 PLN per night (payable in cash before receiving the keys / code).
13. The Lessor accept the stay of small animals (weighting up to 10 kg) in the Apartment with prior approval and payment of 50.00 PLN fee per day. In the case of dogs and cats, the Customer is obliged to provide their pet with a lair.
14. The Apartment serves residential purposes and therefore, it is forbidden to organise social events, photo sessions, stag and hen parties there.
15. The Lessor undertakes to remove any defects created in the Apartment without undue delay, within 24 hours from reporting the defect, unless the nature of the defect determines a longer repair time. Failures caused due to reasons beyond the Lessor's control, including, for example, supply of utilities, Internet or equipment failures in the Apartments, do not constitute grounds for resignation from the booking or change in the price for the booking made.
16. The Lessor is not responsible for renovation and finishing works in and around the building and any emissions, in particular of noise from the neighbouring properties.
17. At an additional cost, the Customer can use the washing machine( the fee for one-time use with washing products is 70,00 PLN) and They may order an additional change of hand and bath towels, bed linen and have the apartment cleaned.
18. There is a total ban on bringing sports equipment, including ski equipment, to the Apartment. To store sports equipment, there is a ski room located on the right side of the corridor in front of the entrance to the Apartment. The key to the ski room can be found in the Apartment.
19. The Customer's departure before the end of the rental period resulting from reasons independent of the Lessor is not a basis for demanding a refund of the amount for the unused period of rental.
20. On the day of departure until 10:00 am, the Lessor is entitled to enter the Apartment in the absence of the Customer, to pack their belongings and transfer them to the Administrator's room and at the same time to charge the Customer with the costs of the next hotel day.


1. When making a booking, the Customer agrees to enter their personal data in the database. In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, these data will be processed only for the booking and marketing purposes. The above data will not be transferred or sold to any third parties.
2. In the event of any disputes arising from actions not specified in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply and the place of resolving disputes shall be the court competent for the place of residence of the Lessor.
